Research Abstract |
I focus on JAM(Japanese Association of Metal, Machinery, and Manufacturing Workers) And JEIU(Japanese Electrical Electronic & Information Union) mainly examined it, and the center of the examination is the influence that company organization reorganization gave the labor union. As a result, there was considerable difference in influence in both associations, and it was bigger in JEIU. Therefore, JEIU changed the position to the Industrial unions into Federation of group Workers collective member method and minimized influence. In contrast、JAM participated positively and gave the authority to the local headquarters.
