Research Abstract |
Healthcare system is a non-market mechanism because it has no incentive mechanism for economic agents as a result of no market price. Therefore, healthcare system should accompany a kind of coordination mechanism(e. g., performance improvement methods of healthcare systems by OECD and WHO) to adapt for the changes of environmental conditions surrounding healthcare services. A new analytical framework of healthcare systems should be evolved through the investigation of traditional methods.
