Research Abstract |
We conducted empirical analyses on the effects of the changes in corporate finance and in industrial relations on employment system of Japanese firms. We analyzed the impacts of main banks, stakeholders and labor relation on employment adjustment behaviors and corporate performance, and have revealed these factors had a significant effect on them.
