| Research Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to find the process and mechanism of recovery from failure in strategic decision and to try to generalize it as explicit knowledge, giving attention to top management behavior.
The results showed that high level interactions among CEO as decision maker, staff member and market of external environment may have a important influence on the level of recovery from failure through collecting some data and analyzing them.
