Research Abstract |
This research clarified that the effectiveness of In-house Dispute Resolution Systems introduced by a few Japanese companies and several U.S. and European companies. Developing dispute handling skills are also feasible through certain teaching materials and methods. Some companies seem to be hesitated to invest for designing dispute resolution systems, but it would be useful for them to run cost/benefit analysis for them.
