Research Abstract |
It was revealed that Japanese companies in general are not quite ready for fully utilizing MBA holders and their business knowledge, however, that they are quite positive for utilizing such human resources. Meanwhile, Japanese business persons with MBAs are not satisfied with the outlook of their future careers in Japanese companies.
