Research Abstract |
This study was performed Japan-U.S. comparison about the influence that social mobility difference gave to people. Though the attributes are similar, Japanese professionals at low mobility society are often different in organizational commitment and working attitude depending on organizations. Though the attributes are diversity, professionals at Silicon Valley are similar about organizational commitment and a working attitude. Even among the same professionals, it is found that the independence from the organization varied according to social mobility.
