This study focus on effective pattern of strategically turnaround and organizational study on technology based Venture business. As interview research has proceeded, we began to understand How Entrepreneurs are important on Venture business firm. Therefore, we focus on Entrepreneurs, Especially ability to respond to ambiguity. That's ability come from not only knowledge and information, but also some experience and values. We made the research based on competency theory. Many Entrepreneurs had successive experience any number of times. That fact suited to competency theory, Many Entrepreneurs have self-confidence, one of the Entrepreneur's competency.
