Research Abstract |
Due to having needs of multi-layering area network systems for helping vulnerable people to disaster and keeping long-term relief from emergency evacuation to revival new life, I studied area network systems doing interview for several disaster help professionals/volunteers residents and making many disaster prevention tools with students at our college, and carried out the area disasters training and drill to intend community residents to help vulnerable people in Kojika area based on Shizuoka Junior College, training a nurse, dental hygienist, nursery nurse, social worker, and care worker, utilizing multi-layering network systems.
