| Research Abstract |
Action research was carried out in cooperation with the visiting nurse to help end of life care at home.
As a result, to support end of life care at home, it is necessary to educate the family about the death became clear.
Three kinds of leaflet has been developed as a tool for Death Education. In actual use, effect to support was obtained. From a survey of nurses, in order to promote end of life care, it is necessary also to educate nurse about the death became clear.
