Research Abstract |
We tried three programs to decrease burnout among human service workers. (A)"Six strategies for improving your relationship with work" made improvements in some cases. (B) Rational emotive approach for nurses had little effect on improving their burnout and irrational belief. (C)Programs to improve sense of coherence(SOC) for newly recruited nurses revealed that SOC was highly related with burnout and early intervention reduced voluntary employee turnover.
