Research Abstract |
The purpose of this research is to construct a learning program that cultivates, by relations with others, lifelong students who live fulfilling lives regardless of age. As a result the following became clear. In order to understand ageing, an exchange is needed where in the student is supported by the active senior. The student is unable to reflect on himself/herself or his/her life and can only do go through intergenerational activity. The process of identifying present problems and developing an action plan to address their problem is effective in promoting active ageing.
