Research Abstract |
Telescope is also employ new generation CCD devices. I would like to contribute these large-scale scientific projects. We constructed a drive system for both P-channel type and N-channel type CCDs at University of Tokyo. Using new drive system, we can achieve 15e- of read-out noise and 185eV of energy resolution (FWHM at 5.9keV). Parameters of drive voltage will be tuned as a next step. We also develop the CCD camera onboard Astro-H satellite.
