Research Abstract |
Photo-induced reversible color changes in the crystalline phase have been elucidated for a series of heterocyclic compounds containing 2,4-dinitrobenzyl moiety. At the present stage of investigation, it is not clearly concluded whether the molecular crystal is photochromic or not from information concerning the molecular structure.
