Research Abstract |
Surfactant gradient elutions and multi-mode separations in electrokinetic chromatography (EKC) were realized in the absence of electroosmotic flow. It was revealed that the multi-mode separations were predictable with simulation based on our theory though a study using a SDS micellar system and a sodium cholate system simulteneously.
