Research Abstract |
Functional oligonucleotides were prepared for new antisense molecule to regulate microRNA. Incorporation of arabinonucleosides or phenanthroline-polyamine derivatives in DNA did not contribute to enhancement of antisense activity. siRNA bearing modified nucleoside was more active in silencing the gene expression. These siRNA could regulate the microRNA.
