Research Abstract |
A methodology for system identification based on LMI (Linear matrix inequality) has been studied in the present research project. Achievements of the study are summarized as follows : ・An iterative system identification and controller design method based on LMIs is developed. ・With a dynamic model of a device for vibration suppression several methods for semi-active control of civil structures are proposed. ・A method to simultaneously obtain an appropriate model of the control object and a decentralized controller with an LMI approach is proposed.
