Research Abstract |
In this research, the infrastructure-total management system with ICT technologies has developed for maintenance and crisis management. Concretely, bridge dynamic and static behavior measurement system, ICT based data transferring system, and fundamental database were structured from the viewpoint of emergency occurrence and its treatment.
