Research Abstract |
To establish the scintillation method for built-up area, long term observations were performed in downtown Tokyo. The evaluated zero-plane displacement height, which is very important parameter of scintillation method, was exceeds the area averaged building height. The numerical simulation model for area averaged heat balance was developed.
