Research Abstract |
We did the following researches on new towns developed after the war II in South Korea, Malaysia and Singapore. 1.We researched by documentations and interview investigations on supply processes of housing stocks and housing policies. 2.We made interview investigations to housing complex managers and did questionnaire investigations to residents, and clarified problems and characteristics about renovation contents and renovation works in South Korea and Malaysia. 3.We also did site survey of renovated cases of housing complexes in Singapore, and researched on rules of consensus and financing methods.
