Research Abstract |
In order to obtain a fundamental knowledge on the initial processes of displacement damage which cause radiation damage in nuclear materials, an experiment using ion irradiation at low temperature, positron beam and resistivity measurement was carried out. Displacement damage efficiencies were experimentally derived and migration stage of point defects and their clusters were clarified.
