Research Abstract |
During these twe decades dairy farms size in the U. S. have b een growing. At the same time the number of their hired labor per farm have been increase there. From the case study of dairy farms classified as the largest(mor e than 2,000milking cows), operations in milking, feeding, calving, raising calve s are separated into simple pieces of work, so that unskilled labor can be availa ble.
