Research Abstract |
We have established the screening system to identify the regulating factors for intracellular dynamics of neuronal cytoskeleton. By using gene tip and chemical screening system, we have identified several candidate factors or chemicals, and more detailed characterization is under way. We also reported that a chaperone molecule Hsc70 plays a role as a scaffolding factor during intracellular transport dynamics in neurons.
