Research Abstract |
Circadian clock resides in most of cells in our body, and it is important to observe the circadian clock oscillation in various functional tissues. In this study, using Tol2 transposon based vector, we have succeeded to observe the development of circadian oscillator during the ES cell differentiation in vitro.
