Research Abstract |
We investigated recombinant HBV genotype (r-HBV)using 807 full-genome sequences of HBV retrieved from DNA Data Bank. Twenty eight r-HBV were shown, 12 for A/D, 2 for A/C, 2 for/AE, 1 for A/G, 1 for A/B/C, 2 for B/C, 2 for C/D, 1 for C/F, 1 for C/G and 2 for U/G. Junction of r-HBV was more common at C terminus of S gene and core region.
