| Research Abstract |
By using stable-labeled intravenous glucose tolerance test, glucose or insulin action to suppress endogenous glucose production was quantified. These novel indices were analyzed in subjects with normal or abnormal glucose tolerance. Effects of acute exercise training were also examined.
