Research Abstract |
We constructed the 3-dimmensional computer simulation system for investigation of cellular dynamics in normal granulopoiesis. Granulocytic cell dynamics under the simulation of chemotherapy and G-CSF rescue fitted well to the cell behavior under clinical situations. A model of acute myelogenous leukemia was simulated by means of introducing leukemic stem cell systems.
