Research Abstract |
In the patients who have been diagnosed as no personality disorder by psychiatrists with career of more than eight years, 33% of patients turned out to have personality disorder diagnosed with SCID-II structural clinical interview. Cluster C (anxious-fearful) and A (odd-eccentric) were prone to be under-diagnosed. While, 72% of patients with personality disorder or deferred diagnosis with empirical diagnosis turned out to have no diagnosis with structural clinical interview, which seems to be necessary for diagnosis of personality disorder.
