| Research Abstract |
In this study, we sought to determine the effects of PPAR_Y modulation on bile duct ligation (BDL)-induced hepatic injury and on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced acute obstructive cholangitis.
PPAR_Y activation with PGJ2 can be a potent therapeutic option for hepatic injury under the condition of biliary obstruction and acute obstructive cholangitis
