| Research Abstract |
The clinical characteristics of 104 patients who underwent liver resection for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and who did not infected with hepatitis B and C viruses. Some patients had autoimmune hepatitis, primary biliary cirrhosis alcoholic hepatitis Budd-Chiari syndrome, and nonalcoholic steatohepatitis. The risk factors for the development of HCC include obesity, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, alcohol abuse. Unstable control of blood glucose level was an unfavorable risk factor.
