Research Abstract

We uncovered that Runx3 regulates osteoblast proliferation by means of Runx3-deficeint mice. We also studied the role of Runx3 in caicification of the ligament and observed that Runx3 done not play a major role in OPLL though the use of mouse model of OPLL.
