Research Abstract |
Expression of NF-IL6 and HMGB-1 was increased in the DRG in animal model of chronic pain. Inhibition of each of NF-IL6 or HMGB-1 alleviated pain hypersensitivity in chronic pain models suggesting that they are crucial for the development of chronic pain.
