Research Abstract

The present study detected DVT before treatment in 4.8% of patients with cervical cancer and 9.9% of patients with endometrial cancer before treatment. Patients with VTE underwent preventive managements including anticoagulant therapy before initial treatment, chemotherapy or surgery, and after surgery. There was no clinical onset of postoperative VTE after surgery within 7 days in endometrial cancer patients and during radiotherapy in cervical cancer patients.
