Research Abstract	1. ヒト歯根膜線維芽細胞の培養細胞は、10%牛胎児血清(FBS)を添加したダルベッコ変法イーグル培地(DMEM)を用いて、5%CO_2、37℃で培養した。 2. RT-PCR法によるRANKLならびにMMP-1 mRNAの発現の検索 IL-6ならびにsIL-6の添加時間について段階的に変更して検討し添加時間の範囲を決定した。
