| Research Abstract |
Autophagy was induced in pancreatic cancer cell line by anticancer agents and irradiation. Suppression of autophagy resulted in the augmentation of anticancer drug-induced cell death. This result suggested that autophagy might have the cytoprotective effect on anticancer drug-induced cell death in pancreatic cancer cell.
