Research Abstract |
This study aimed at proposing a comprehensive Faculty Development curriculum by way of formulating support programs that correspond to each phase of PDCA cycle in college education. Educational responsibilities were classified into three levels of function (teaching staff, faculty management, and college management), and PDCA components were elucidated for each level, yielding an effective FD guideline.
