| Research Abstract |
Professional Master Programs in Public Policy and Administration in Japan are not directly linked with the pass way into public officials. Therefore they can establish their own creative programs as compared to other professional master programs. Actually they need to enhance their competitiveness against other professional programs by their program strategies. Our recommendation is that they focus on establishing individual strong arena in public policy and administration.
