Research Abstract |
Auxin palys a crucial role in plant development. Auxin is perceived by two types of receptors, TIR1 nuclear receptor and ABP1 membrane receptor. These two auxin receptors regulate various auxin responses in plant. Small molecule probes specific for TIR1 and ABP1 were developed to investigate the physiological function of TIR1 and ABP1 receptors in auxin signaling. As the results, small molecule probes were designed to show specific effects for each auxin receptor.
