Research Abstract |
Molecular imaging could be the most powerful technique for observing spatial and temporal dynamics of molecular processes in living cells and organisms, if probes for the relevant molecular processes become available. In the present study, we have developed degradable probes based on a new principle that allows imaging protein phosphorylation in living organisms.
