Research Abstract

We developed Cylindrical Multi-Touch Interface (CMTI). Its surface is acrylic pipe. The algorithm for detecting touched points is based on FTIR. We also designed interaction techniques for browsing 3D models, which utilized the unique shape of CMTI.
