Research Abstract |
In order to investigate two different biological networks, we developed two methods by applying spatial statistics. I.A novel method to recognize the sequences, which share the same functional regions on the structure as those of the query structure. II. A method to classify party hubs and date hubs in protein-protein interaction network.
