Research Abstract |
We indicated that the AP-4 deficient mice, which induces AMPA receptor mislocalization, showed abnormalities on the motor learning and anxiety behavior. Our electrophysiological analysis also indicated that the cerebellar LTP was impaired. We also indicated that the AMPA receptors bind to AP-2 and AP-3A via TARP. These interactions are regulated by the phosphorylation of TARPs.
