Research Abstract

本研究の目的は、MRI造影剤を疎水・親水の2層構造を有する「高分子ミセル」の内殻に内包し、画像強調能力を固形がんにおいて発揮させ、微小ながん組織を選択的に強調できる新規MRI造影剤を開発することである。In vitroにおいて、目的とするMRI造影剤の作製を達成し、MRI造影効果の制御が可能であることを示した。また、in vivoにおいては固形がんへのターゲティングを達成し、MRIによって画像強度の増加が認めら、本MRI造影剤が固形がんのイメージングに応用できることが示唆された。
