Research Abstract |
In this study, we developed a neural cell sheet, differentiated from neural stem/progenitor cells on a collagen gel cross-linked with water-soluble carbodiimide for elastic modification and deposited on vascular endothelial cells using the transferring technique based on calcium alginate gel behavior, as an alternative functional model for the screening assay targeted delivery across the blood brain barrier.
