Research Abstract |
Sleep and sleep deprivation are intimately related to performance. This study examined the effect of 24 h of sleep deprivation on both psychological and exercise performance. Results from this study suggested need for fluid replacement to improve both performance because 24 h of sleep deprivation developed dehydration.
