Research Abstract |
We introduced a new nutrition educational tool into community-based health classes in an urban municipality. We examined the efficacy of the "SAT system (IWASAKI Co., Ltd, Osaka)" nutrition education tool, which has IC tags built into life-sized food models and can give real time output of the nutrient intake and recommended intake.
