Research Abstract

アイスコア試料からコンタミネーションを極力排除した遺伝子分析や,生物種同定のプロトコルを確立するための解析をおこなった.南極アイスコア中に含まれるバクテリアの16SrRNA遺伝子解析をおこない,バクテリア群集構造解析をおこなった.その結果,間氷期と氷期で検出されるバクテリアの種類や起源に大きな違いがあり,南極氷床アイスコア中バクテリアを古環境指標として利用できる可能性が示された.
