Research Abstract

局在プラズモン共鳴の反応場として、様々な形状のナノホールアレイをナノインプリンティング法により作製した。この構造に金薄膜を蒸着後、金膜厚やナノホールアレイの深さ、中心間距離について検討した。さらに、最適化したプラズモニックナノホール構造をポリジメチルシロキサン製のマイクロフルイディスク中に実装し、基板からの反射光の測定行った。本センサチップを使用して、炎症マーカーの測定を行ったところ、濃度に応じたディップのシフトを確認できた。極めて簡便なセンサでありながらも、生体相互作用の一種である抗原抗体反応をリアルタイムで測定することに成功した。
