Research Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to analyze the development and the significance of urban redevelopment after the collapse of the bubble economy. The following are significant outcomes that resulted from this study: (1) The many redevelopments in urban area were executed because the former JNR Settlement Corporation sold a lot of estates in that area. (2) Though many redevelopments were executed after the collapse of the bubble economy, new redevelopment plans were decreased in that term. (3) Real estate companies have tended to launch new redevelopment plans in the particular areas since the latter half of 1990's.
