Research Abstract |
This research focused on the "training curriculum" and aimed at establishment of the theory of the Human Resource Development Method for a Person Engaged in Social Welfare. The process of the curriculum design and instructional design in a social welfare training implementation organization has been clarified as a result of investigation or a model project. Moreover, the theory establishment of "the Human Resource Development Method for a Person Engaged in Social Welfare curriculum management" was able to be performed as a concept which includes the whole training enterprise.
